Dinner Tonight

Dinner tonight is so simple you could barely call it cooking!! Put some pork chops (1 per person) into a non stick frying pan and brown on both sides. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a few fresh or dried herbs (whatever you have to hand will be fine) and continue cooking on a slow simmer for about 7 minutes,,,, voila dinner in ready. I have this with a green salad but you could easily have it with some pasta or mashed potato if you prefer it depends if you’re still trying to loose those Christmas kilos.
